The Main Body is made of Stainless Steel & Polished. The Still is fitted with safety Ejection type immersion heater. A constant Water-Level arrangement is provided. A steam baffle is provided to take steam direct to the condenser. The stated out-put of the Still is approximate as it is bound to vary according to the Voltage of the mains. Working on 240 volts AC Single phase.

Closed Condenser type OR Condenser Opening type model is available.

WORKING INSTRUCTION FOR WATER-STILL

Connect tube to the main source of water and allow the water to fill up the top vessel through Inlet Nipple. As soon as water fills in the above vessel fully on heaters, excess water will come out from the level pipe from constant level attachment, which is given on one side (as shown in the photograph). After this, start heating, fix the lid on the water-still properly and wait. Steam sill is condensed in the condenser pipe and converts into pure distilled water. Adjust the flow of in-let water accordingly so that could distilled water will come out from outlet nipple at bottom.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION:

1) Do not start heaters without adding water in the vessel above the level of the heaters.
2) After finishing your work, clean the heater properly, which gives long life heaters.
3) Check your earthing properly.
